🗃️ Archived Invoices
The Archive stores invoices that have been manually moved to this tab using the Archive button. Once an invoice is archived, it remains securely stored in this section, allowing you to easily access older or less active invoices without cluttering your active workspace.
📄 Archive Entry Details
Each archived invoice entry includes the following:
Field | Description |
Vendor | It will display the vendors name. |
Timestamp | Shows when the invoice was uploaded (e.g., 04/10/25, 4:09 PM). |
Project | Will display the project name. |
Uploader | The user who uploaded the invoice. |
Source | Indicates how the invoice was added (e.g., Uploaded manually). |
Amount | Total amount extracted from the invoice (e.g., $368,062.99). |
