Use the Settings panel to manage integrations, set up email connections, and control team access permissions.

πŸ”Œ Procore Integration

Connect your Procore account to sync project and financial data with your system.

  • Click Procore in the Settings menu.

  • Manage invoice types, AI settings

  • Once connected, relevant project and invoice data will automatically sync.

βœ‰οΈ Outlook Integration

Link your Outlook email account to streamline communication and automate invoice tracking.

  • Select Outlook in the Settings menu.

  • Sign in with your Microsoft account and grant permissions.

  • Emails related to invoices will begin syncing to your inBox.

πŸ‘₯ Members Management

Invite and manage team members who can access your account.

  • Click Members in the Settings panel.

  • View current users and their roles.

  • Add new members by entering their email and assigning a role (Admin or Manager).

  • Remove or update roles as needed. As well as members as needed.
