Logging into inBuild and Navigating the Interface

Key Steps

  1. Access the inBuild Sign-In Page

  2. Sign in with Procore

    • Click on the "Sign in with Procore" button.

    • You will be redirected to the Procore login page.

  3. Enter Procore Credentials

    • Input your email address associated with your Procore account.

    • Enter your password and click the "Log In" button.

  4. Navigate to the Inbox Page

    • Once logged in, locate and click on the "Inbox" option in the main menu.

  5. Getting Familiar with the Interface

    • In the bottom left corner, click on the "AA" icon to select your preferred theme (e.g., light or dark).

    • Explore the following sections:

      • Support Chat: Access support directly from the interface.

      • Notifications: Review any notifications related to your account.

      • Outlook Connection: Check if your Outlook is connected to view incoming invoices.

      • Outbox and Primary Inbox: Navigate through your sent and received messages.

  6. Upload Invoices

    • To upload invoices, click on the "Upload Invoice" button.

    • Select or drag and drop the invoice file you wish to upload.

  7. Complete the Overview

    • Take a moment to review the layout and features available in inBuild to ensure you are comfortable navigating the platform.

Ensure that your Procore account is active and that you have the correct login credentials before attempting to sign in.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Familiarize yourself with the layout during your first few logins to speed up your workflow in future sessions.

  • Use the support chat feature for any immediate questions or issues you encounter while navigating the platform.

  • Regularly check your notifications and Outlook connection to stay updated on any important invoices or messages.
