π Overview
The Invoice Review screen provides a comprehensive view of an uploaded invoice, including a visual of the document, budget validation, and metadata such as vendor, project, and uploader details. The screen is divided into three primary panels:
The Invoice Review screen allows you to:
View uploaded invoices
Validate line item accuracy
Detect potential duplicates
Review budget allocations and project codes
This interface is divided into three main sections:
Inbox Panel (left)
Invoice Viewer (center)
Invoice Details & Validation (right)

Location: Left sidebar
Function: Lists all uploaded invoices chronologically
Details shown:
Vendor and Project
Uploader name
Submission date/time
Invoice amount
β Tip: Click any invoice card to load it into the viewer.
π 2. Invoice Viewer
Location: Center panel
Function: Displays the uploaded PDF invoice
Toolbar options: Zoom, rotate, page navigation, download
Visible invoice data:
Vendor name and contact info
Invoice number and date
Project and PO number
Table of line items (description, unit price, quantity)

Located below the invoice viewer. This table breaks down:
Column | Description |
Position | Order of the item |
Budget Code | Linked budget allocation |
Scheduled Value | Total approved value for the item |
From Previous Apps | Amount previously billed |
This Period | Amount billed in this invoice |
Total Completed | Overall total including this invoice |
Red fields = overages that need attention before approval.
π§Ύ 5. Activity Panel (bottom right)
Shows notes, updates, or actions taken on the invoice.
Keep documentation for collaboration and audit trail.
Currently empty in the example image.
